Braised Pork Knuckle

Ingredients:

1. Pork knuckles, 2

2. Soy sauce

3. Oyster sauce

4. Bay leaves

5.. Cooking wine

6. Aniseed

Method:

1. Cut up the pork knuckles into pieces and clean each piece thoroughly.

2. Put the pork knuckles into a pressure cooker. Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 4 teaspoons of sugar, salt, one bay leaf, one aniseed all into the pressure cooker. Then, add boiling water into the pressure cooker until it covers all of the pork knuckles.

3. Set the timer for 20 minutes after the cooker starts steaming.

4. When the 20 minutes is up, turn the heat off, and let it cool off outdoors, or just put it aside until the pressure cooker runs out of gas. It is now ready to be enjoyed.
