Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
1. Chicken wings: 12-15 pieces
2. Garlic: 2-3 bulbs
3. Green onions: 2
4. White sugar: 10g

6. Cooking wine: 1 tbsp
7. Black pepper: a pinch
8. Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp
9. Orleans marinade: 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Clean the chicken wings and cut them in half. Place into a bowl and add green onions and a few slices of ginger.
2. Add cooking wine, black pepper, light soy sauce and Orleans marinade.
3. Mix well and marinate for 30-40 minutes.
4. Heat oil to 60% hot and fry the chicken wings one by one over medium-low heat. Fry until golden brown and remove from the oil.
5. In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic over medium-low heat until fragrant. Cook until slightly browned, ensuring not to use high heat.
6. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of white sugar. Stir well and garnish with chopped green onions.
7. Serve the chicken wings on a plate.
