Spicy and Sour Shredded Potatoes

Ingredients:

1. Potatoes: 3

2. Dried chili peppers: 2

3. Garlic: 2 cloves

4. Salt: to taste

5. Vinegar: 1 tablespoon

6. Light soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

7. Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

8. Green onion segments: to taste

Method:

1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin shreds, then wash off the starch and drain well.

2. Mince the garlic and break the dried chili peppers into smaller pieces.

3. Heat oil in a wok. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant.
