Pork Belly Chicken Soup

Savor the comforting warmth of Pork Belly Chicken Soup, a hearty blend of tender meats and aromatic spices. Slow-simmered to perfection. With tender pork belly, succulent chicken thighs, and savory pork rib bones, it's a soul-nourishing dish that brings comfort with every slurp.

Ingredients:

1. Pork rib bones, 3 pieces

2. Pork belly, 2 pieces - sliced

3. Chicken thighs, 5 pieces - diced

4. Ginger - sliced

5. Scallions - sliced

6. White pepper

7. Salt

 

Method:

1. Add sliced ginger and scallions into a pot of water. Add in the pork rib bones and ensure the water completely covers all the bones. Let simmer for 2 hours, and check occasionally to skim off any meat residue.

2. Remove pork bones, add in chicken thigh pieces, and let simmer for 45 minutes. During this step, season with white pepper and salt until desired taste is achieved.

3. Add in sliced pork belly and let simmer for another 45 minutes. If necessary, add more water during this step.

4. Finally, add more seasoning to your own liking, and the soup is ready to serve.

 

Serving Recommendations:

In a small/medium-sized bowl, add some soup along with a few pieces of chicken and pork belly meat. Enjoy this dish while it is still hot
