Marinated Duck Tongue

Ingredients:

2. Frozen duck tongues
3. Ginger
Method:
1. Thaw the frozen duck tongues.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the thawed duck tongues. Boil for 10 minutes.
3. After boiling, add some sliced ginger to the pot and continue boiling for another 10 minutes.
4. Once cooked, remove the duck tongues from the pot and transfer them to a bowl of ice water (this gives the duck tongue their crunchy texture).
5. Allow the cooked duck tongues to cool, then rinse them thoroughly.
6. Place the rinsed duck tongues back into the bowl and pour the marinade over them.
7. Let the duck tongues soak in the marinade for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
